1. Remove the plastic protective cap from the tip of the pump.
2. Gently, blow your nose into a tissue to remove any loose mucus or debris.
3. With your head in a normal upright and level position, slightly, lift your nose upward.
4. Place the tip of the pump into one of your nostrils.
5. While inhaling a long deep breathe (in thru your nose), spray the mist 2- 3 times.
6. Then, do the same in your other nostril.
7. Wait at least 30 seconds. Then, gently, blow your nose into a tissue.
8. Then, REPEAT this process, one more time.
